Permission from the Protector of Emigrant Office:
Upon receiving the Job Order, we diligently seek permission from the esteemed Protector of the Emigrant Office, ensuring a seamless process for fulfilling the manpower requirements of our valued principal.
Advertisement:
To reach a wide pool of potential candidates, we strategically advertise the required categories across various platforms. These include popular social media channels, WhatsApp groups, and renowned job portals such as Naukri.com and Timesjobs.com. Additionally, we utilize widely circulated English and Regional Newspapers in Pakistan, such as Jang, Dawn, and Express, to maximize our outreach.
Prescreening Interviews:
Our experienced recruitment teams actively venture into remote areas, leveraging our strong presence on social media to attract and identify highly qualified candidates. The screening process encompasses thorough evaluations of their professional skills, technical knowledge, physical appearance, background checks, and overall behavior. We take pride in our substantial social media following of 65,000 individuals, which enables us to swiftly secure top-notch candidates.
Final Interviews:
Candidates who successfully pass the prescreening stage, armed with comprehensive CVs and credentials accompanied by remarks from our recruitment team, are promptly forwarded to our clients for their final approval and subsequent online or face-to-face interviews.
Medical Assessments:
We collaborate with approved medical centers accredited by the Gulf Medical Centers Association to conduct medical examinations for candidates destined for Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Oman. For candidates bound for Qatar, the Ministry of Qatar has established two visa centers in Islamabad and Karachi, where medicals and biometrics are completed. Similarly, for candidates heading to the UAE and other countries, medical tests are administered by our authorized medical centers, ensuring that candidates are physically fit for employment.
Visa Stamping:
Our proficient visa team ensures the secure transfer of passports from our office to the Royal Consulate or Embassy for visa stamping. The visa stamping process typically takes one day at the Islamabad Consulate and three days at the Karachi Embassy.
Emigration Clearance:
Once the visa stamping is successfully completed, we submit the passports for emigration clearance. This process entails providing the original passport, visa copy, nomination details, and the candidate's bank account information.
Orientation:
To ensure candidates are well-informed and prepared, we conduct comprehensive orientation sessions. During these sessions, candidates receive valuable insights into the company, project sites, business operations, and the labor laws of the placement country.
Reservation/Ticketing:
As part of our commitment to exceptional service, we maintain excellent relationships with various airlines. This allows us to efficiently handle reservations and dispatch tickets on time. Two days before the departure date, candidates receive their departure file, which includes a copy of their CV and credentials, employment contract, visa-stamped passport with emigration clearance, insurance details, and their ticket. This meticulous approach ensures a hassle-free travel experience for candidates. Furthermore, we promptly inform the client of the candidates' arrival details.
